Free live somatic workshop. One hour on Zoom, doing the actual work.
The Redo
The meeting where you
went blank.
The yes you didn't mean.
The snap you still regret.
Pick one. We'll redo it.
In one hour on Zoom, you'll take that moment back into your body and rehearse a different ending, live. So you know exactly what choosing your response feels like, instead of watching it happen.
You don't need to understand your pattern better. You've done that already. You need one hour to feel, in your own body, that the reaction firing under pressure was trained into you, which means it can be trained differently, starting with the very next moment that tries to run you.
Built for founders, leaders, and freelancers. For anyone who runs a business, a team, or a family on pressure, and has noticed the pressure starting to run them.
It's free. It's one hour. One moment, redone.

One question, then you're in.
You know the moment
The case
You know the moment. Pressure hits and something else takes the wheel. You snap at the person who didn't deserve it, or you go blank in the exact meeting that needed you, or the yes is already out of your mouth before you've checked whether you meant it. Then comes the part you hate more than the reaction itself: the replay.
And you've tried to fix it. The books, the app, the routine you kept for eleven days. You can explain your pattern now, beautifully. It just hasn't stopped the pattern once.
The reaction fires before thought arrives. That's not a character flaw, it's the order of operations, and no amount of understanding reaches something that moves faster than understanding. Your reaction isn't broken. It's trained. It was rehearsed into your body by moments that mattered, so many times it stopped asking permission. And anything trained can be trained differently.
So this hour is a rehearsal, not a lecture. You'll bring one real moment, a manageable one, and we'll take it back into the body where it actually lives. You'll centre. You'll feel where the reaction sits. Then you'll run the moment again, your way, and rehearse the pause you never get to take in real life. On your feet, not in your head. This isn't about escaping the stress of the moment. It's about claiming the stress that overpowered you the first time.
You leave with the felt memory of choosing instead of reacting, written down on one card in your own words while it's still warm.
One moment, redone. Your first rep.
What one hour does
What you'll walk out with
How to catch the reaction while it's still happening.
In the half-second before the snap, the freeze, or the automatic yes, instead of meeting it later as regret in the shower.
Where your reaction actually lives in your body.
The tight chest, the hot face, the stomach drop, so the early warning you've had all along finally gets read in time to use it.
The one regulation move your own nervous system responds to.
Found live in the room, on your body, so you leave with the tool that works for you and not a generic breathing technique you'll forget by Tuesday.
One full redo.
Your real moment, rehearsed with a different ending, on your feet and in your body, so choosing instead of reacting exists in you as a felt memory, not a concept. That's the rep everything else builds on.
And the honest part: I'll also tell you why this gap will fade, when, and what it takes to change the thing that installed the reaction in the first place. You'll leave knowing precisely what one hour can do, and what it can't.
It's free. It's one hour. One moment, redone.
The week after
After the hour
You leave the workshop with your card and one live rep. This is how the rep survives the week.
Five days of support in your inbox.
The week after the workshop, I'll show up in your inbox once a day with something small and usable. Not homework, not a course. Each one is built to turn into a single rep in your real life, while the workshop is still warm. What lands each day, you'll find out each day.
The Rep Session.
Live, 30 minutes, about ten days after the workshop. You bring a fresh moment from your week, send it to me before the call, and we run the sequence again, on real life this time. "Something I did once in a workshop" becomes "something I can do" on the second rep. That's what this call is for.
Straight answer
What this is, and what it isn't
This is
This is a practice session. One real moment, yours, worked on your feet. Sixty minutes of doing, with a card in your own handwriting at the end.
This isn't
This isn't a webinar, a lecture about stress, or a meditation to relax you. And it isn't one more hour of someone explaining your patterns back to you. You've done enough understanding.
It's free. It's one hour. One moment, redone.
Who's guiding this
I'm Zuz.
I'm Zuza. Somatic coach, ICF certified, founder of Inner Motion Coaching. Before this, I spent over a decade performing under pressure for a living: running Reebok's biggest category across Western Europe at 24, launching a data science bootcamp from scratch in three months, and working on a crisis response team through one of the worst weeks the crypto industry has ever had. That last one is where this stopped being theory. I ran breathwork for my team through the sleepless stretch of it, and months later they told me it was what got them through. I know the reaction that fires before thought, because I ran on it for years. Now I train the other thing.

The practical part
Logistics
Here's everything you need to know before you say yes.
That's it. Nothing to pay, nothing to prepare except the one thing I'll ask you for when you register: your moment.
Step by step
What happens when you click
You'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link. The registration form asks you one question: which moment are you bringing? One sentence is enough, and choosing it is the first step of the work. The day before, a reminder lands with the small kit: a room to yourself, space to stand, pen and paper. Then you show up, and we do the rest together.

FAQ
Will I have to share my moment with the group?
No one will hear your voice unless you choose to use it. You'll share your moment in the chat, in one sentence, to me or to everyone, your choice. The work itself happens quietly, in your own body, while I guide the room. At the end I'll ask what shifted, and that goes in the chat too. Camera on, mic off, and no one gets called on.
I'm not sure I can make it live. Is there a recording?
No. Partly because the work happens in your body while it's live, not in your ears while you watch later. Mostly because this is a vulnerable space, and everyone in the room deserves to know that what they go through in it isn't sitting in anyone's inbox afterward. If you can protect the hour, protect it. If you can't, this one isn't yours.
Do I need any experience with somatic work?
None. Most people who come have never done this before, and that's exactly who it's built for. You won't need to know any terms or techniques. I'll walk you through every step out loud, and at any point you can opt out of a step, keep your eyes open, or come back to your breath. Coming back to the breath isn't falling behind. It is the exercise working.
Is there actual coaching, or just a talk?
It's the opposite of a talk. You'll bring one real moment from your own life and we'll work with it directly, in the room, together. I'll be guiding you through it live, not presenting slides at you.
What if something bigger comes up than I expected?
You'll choose a moment that's a four out of ten, the annoying meeting, not the worst day of your year. That's on purpose, and it keeps the work manageable. But if what surfaces feels bigger than stress, the accident, the loss, the thing that still shakes you, that deserves more care than a workshop can give. I'll say so plainly if it happens, and you can talk to me after.
It's free. What's the catch?
Here's the honest version. I coach people privately, and some of you will leave this hour wanting more of this work. If that's you, you'll find it in the emails after, where you can reply or ignore me. The hour itself is only the work. No pitch, no slides about my program, no "before we wrap up, let me tell you about". You come, you do the rep, you leave with your card. If it isn't for you, you've lost an hour. If it is, you'll feel it in your body before the hour is done.
Your moment is happening this week whether you register or not. The only question is whether you meet it the way you always have, or you spend one hour first, learning there was another response all along.
The workshop is capped at 14, because I want my attention on each of you, not a screen full of squares. When you register, I'll ask you one question: which moment are you bringing? Choosing it is the first step of the work.
