your move
Your life is fine. That's exactly the problem.
Eight weeks of group work for women who know what needs to change and are done with being there for everyone else but themselves.
Eight Tuesdays, 7:30pm CET (Berlin), two hours. October 14th to December 2nd. Ten to twelve women.
This is for you if
You know something has to change. You've known for a while and still nothing has changed. You take care of everyone and everything, then wonder why you're so tired. Someone told you this week you're great at what you do and you didn't feel a thing. Your cycle has gone strange, or your stomach has been acting up. You haven't connected it to the fact that you haven't said no to anything since spring.
What you leave with
-
A roadmap for 2027
Not resolutions. A clear list of your own needs, without other people's expectations. Two or three directions, each with one thing to start, one thing to stop, and a way to tell it's working without a tracker.
-
Practices for real life
Somatic tools you can use at your desk, in a meeting, in the middle of an argument. They help you recognise the old reaction coming and you get to choose your own, instead of running the autopilot.
-
You stop saving people
You can sit with someone who's struggling without taking it on. You can say "no" without regret. You can take your decisions back without guilt.
-
An honest overview
Where your life actually is and what's blocking you from living the life you want, not the one you "should" live. You learn how to admit it out loud.
"I was able to reclaim my time and well-being while actually increasing client satisfaction and respect for my work."
Faith Roberts, founder, FiTech Community
The eight weeks
Four stages, two sessions each.
By the end of each stage, in your own words:
Weeks 1 and 2
Snapshot
Where you actually are, not where you say you are.
I recognise my patterns before they take over.
Weeks 3 and 4
Vision
What you want when you stop saying that "everything is fine".
I know what I want, not what I should want.
Weeks 5 and 6
The gap
What's in the way, and what you're willing to let go of.
I know what it is costing me.
Weeks 7 and 8
Roadmap
Your next steps and new habits.
I've said out loud what I'm doing about it.
Somatic is not woo
Not crystals. Not chanting. Not a vibe.
soma
Greek: the living body as experienced from within.
Your body registers a pattern before your mind narrates it. We use those signals as information and practise with them, standing, out loud, in the moment. That's how a reaction actually changes, and how a new one becomes a habit.
How it runs
You don't fly anywhere. You don't take a week off. You show up from your everyday life where your patterns actually live, which is the only place where the shift can happen.
When
Eight Tuesdays, 18:30 Lisbon / 19:30 CET, two hours. October 14th to December 2nd.
Where
Online. Camera on, room to stand.
How many
Ten to twelve women. Small on purpose. You'll be seen, not lost in a crowd.
This is the group version of the work I do 1:1. Same somatic work with a smaller price, and a room of women doing it at the same time.
Between the sessions
This is eight weeks, not just sixteen hours of Zoom. Most of what changes happens between the group calls.
You're paired with a buddy in week one and stay with her for the full eight weeks.
You get short body-based practices, chosen for whatever the group is working on that week.
There's a WhatsApp group and I'm actively in it with all of you, not just hosting it.
At the end of January we come back together for one call and look at what stayed and what didn't.
Ten to twelve places, starting Tuesday October 14th. Book a call before you decide anything. Twenty minutes, and if it isn't the right eight weeks for you, I'll say so.
Book a call"The biggest challenge was identifying a concrete goal, something tangible, instead of having a fog in my mind: different doors open, without knowing which one I wanted to explore. I didn't have an initial goal, and it developed during our journey - it came out naturally."
Irene, technical writer
What this isn't
Not a self-paced course.
No content library, no modules, nothing to fall behind on.
Not therapy.
We work with what's here and what's next.
Not passive.
You show up, you stand up, you do the work between sessions.
Not a framework.
You won't be told what to do. If that's what you want, this is the wrong room.
"Placeholder testimonial three."
Name, role
Investment
€379
First cohort. The price reflects that, and it goes up after this one.
Questions
Do I have to talk?
Yes, though not constantly and not in front of twelve people every time. Much of the work happens in pairs and small groups. You won't be put on the spot, but this isn't a room you can sit quietly in for eight weeks.
Does my camera have to be on?
Yes. I need to see you to work with you, and the group needs to see each other. That's most of why a room of twelve works at all.
What if I've never done somatic work before?
Most people arriving haven't. There's nothing to learn beforehand and no vocabulary to catch up on.
I don't have much space at home.
Room to stand and stretch your arms out is enough. You don't need a studio or a mat.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. €379 in one payment, or two payments of €190.
What if I need to leave partway through?
You commit to all eight weeks. The fee isn't refundable once the camp starts. Two reasons. Ten to twelve women commit to the same eight weeks, and someone leaving mid-way changes the room for everyone still in it. And the hardest sessions are weeks five and six, which is exactly when leaving feels most reasonable and is least useful. So book the call first. I'd rather you didn't start than start and stop.
Who sees the recordings?
Only the women in your cohort. Nothing is public. You keep access after the camp ends.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded. One missed week doesn't end your camp.
What if I can't make several sessions?
Then this isn't your cohort. Tell me on the call and I'll let you know when the next one runs.
Who I am
I'm Zuza Zuber, a somatic coach (ICF ACC). I spent a decade being the reliable one across three industries and called it ambition. I work with women who know their patterns and want to change them, not understand them better.
Next step
Book a call. Twenty minutes. I want to hear what isn't moving. You want to know if this is the right eight weeks. If it isn't, I'll say so.
Not ready to talk?
Join the waitlist. I'll come to you before it fills.
