coaching is often built in isolation.

you chose this work because you care about people. then you spent months building a practice alone - figuring out pricing in your head, second-guessing your offers in the shower, celebrating wins with no one who understands what they cost.

she coaches collective exists because building a coaching practice in a vacuum is the fastest path to stagnation. when you lose connection to peers who do the same work, you lose the honest feedback, the objective perspective, and the energy that comes from not being the only one in the room.

this is not a masterclass. not a course. not a passive Slack group. it's a small, committed group of women coaches who show up monthly to sharpen their craft, share what's actually happening in their businesses, and hold each other accountable.

how it works.

  • monthly group session

first Thursday of the month, 19:00-20:00 CET. online via Google Meet. we coach each other, review real challenges, test new tools, and refine our presence. this is active work, not a lecture.

  • WhatsApp community

24/7 access to the group between sessions. questions, wins, struggles, resources - the kind of conversation that doesn't wait for a monthly call.

  • attendance commitment

3 out of 5 sessions minimum. the depth of the community depends on people showing up. if you can't commit to that rhythm, this isn't the right fit right now.

who it's for.

women coaches - certified or in training - who are building their own practice and want peers, not gurus.

you're past the "should i be a coach?" question. you're in the "how do i build this sustainably without burning out?" question. you want honest feedback on your work, not cheerleading. you want accountability that doesn't feel like surveillance.

if you're also a high performer running the same patterns in your coaching business that you help your clients break - you'll fit right in.

three pillars.

peer mastery

we stay sharp by reviewing real challenges, coaching each other, testing new tools, and refining our craft. peer-to-peer, no hierarchy.

strategic transparency

no gatekeeping. we share the realities of the business - from pricing to client boundaries to the weeks where nothing works. a no-bullshit zone for the things you can't post on LinkedIn.

active accountability

this is not a passive group. the monthly rhythm and attendance commitment provide the structure that solo coaching businesses lack. you show up, or you step back.
