I spent a decade in operating roles before I started coaching - product and category management at Reebok, then six years across the tech and crypto ecosystem in DevRel, ecosystem, and partnerships work. how engagements work.

Every engagement starts with an intro call - 30 minutes, free, no commitment. We talk about what you're trying to address, what you've tried, and what good would look like.

If we're a fit, I send a custom proposal within a week. If we're not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

Engagements are scoped individually. Workshops can be live within a few weeks. Coaching engagements typically start within a month of the proposal being signed.

I work with a small number of companies at a time, by design. The work I do doesn't scale by adding more clients - it scales by going deeper with the right ones.
