coaching with me is not a course, a method, or a step-by-step framework. it's a four-month container where two things happen at once.
the strategic conversation. how you work, lead, decide, and spend your days. the patterns showing up in your job, your team, your relationships, your time. the things you keep saying yes to. the things you keep avoiding. the way you talk to yourself when no one's watching.
the somatic work. what your body has been holding while your mind has been running. sometimes that's learning to recognise sensations you've been ignoring for years. sometimes it's connecting to your breath. sometimes we spend an entire session moving and unlocking deeper blockages that have been waiting for you to slow down enough to feel them.
both at the same time. because the patterns you can't think your way out of are the ones living in your body. and the body-based shifts that don't connect back to how you actually live get lost by Tuesday.
