how the work works

coaching with me is not a course, a method, or a step-by-step framework. it's a four-month container where two things happen at once.

the strategic conversation. how you work, lead, decide, and spend your days. the patterns showing up in your job, your team, your relationships, your time. the things you keep saying yes to. the things you keep avoiding. the way you talk to yourself when no one's watching.

the somatic work. what your body has been holding while your mind has been running. sometimes that's learning to recognise sensations you've been ignoring for years. sometimes it's connecting to your breath. sometimes we spend an entire session moving and unlocking deeper blockages that have been waiting for you to slow down enough to feel them.

both at the same time. because the patterns you can't think your way out of are the ones living in your body. and the body-based shifts that don't connect back to how you actually live get lost by Tuesday.

who i am

i know what it feels like to lie on a showroom floor between presentations, so exhausted that a bread roll tastes like the best meal of your life. i spent a decade performing - in corporate, in tech, in crypto - before i understood the pattern wasn't in the job. it was in me.

i'm trained in ICF, co-active, and embodiment principles. but i don't run you through a curriculum. you're in the driver's seat. i'm the co-pilot.

if you show up for all eight sessions and do the daily body check-in for four months, and you still don't feel a shift in how you make choices and manage your capacity - you receive two additional sessions at no cost. the work continues until it lands.

what's your framework?

i don't have one. or rather - i don't have a transformation arc with written modules for each session. the coaching process is unique to each person. we craft a personalised path based on your goals, your blockers, and how you actually work. i base what i do on ICF, co-active, and embodiment principles. but you're in the driver's seat. i'm the co-pilot.

why four months? can we do a one-off session?

no one-offs. four months is the minimum.

a single session can feel powerful in the moment and dissolve by the weekend. the real work happens between the sessions - when life shows up and tests the reflections you took away. four months is the minimum window for the body to start trusting that the change is real, for the patterns to surface, get worked, and start to integrate.

it's also the time it takes to give yourself the space to connect with your body and let its voice come back, after years of noise-cancelling it.

what does the body-based work actually involve?

it depends on what you're facing.

sometimes it's simply learning to recognise sensations you've been ignoring for years. sometimes it's connecting to your breath in a way you haven't since childhood. sometimes we spend an entire session moving and unlocking deeper blockages that have been there for years, waiting for you to slow down enough to let them speak.

it's not group meditation. it's not breathwork as a wellness ritual. it's targeted, body-based work in service of what you're actually trying to shift.

what's the purpose of the discovery call?

it's not a commitment. it's a 30-minute conversation so we can both see if this is right.

you can ask anything you want about how the work works. i'll ask you what you're bringing in and what's currently most alive for you. the decision to work together - or not - is made together. that's the first piece of partnership.

if we're not a fit, i'll tell you. if you're not sure, you take the time you need.

how do sessions work?

online, via video call. 50 minutes, every two weeks. you book your slot and we keep the same rhythm for four months.

what platform do you use?

Zoom for sessions. WhatsApp or voice notes for between-session support. whatever feels natural to you.

what if i miss a session?

life happens. reschedule with 24 hours' notice and we find another slot. the four-month container stays the same. if you miss without notice, the session is forfeit. two missed sessions in a row is a conversation about what's getting in the way - usually it's the work itself starting to land.

what if i want to pause?

we can pause for up to two weeks if something comes up. longer than that and we talk about whether it makes sense to continue or restart later.

what if we're not clicking after a session or two?

we talk about it. directly. the discovery call is meant to filter for fit, but not every fit reveals itself in 30 minutes.

if after the first two sessions it's clearly wrong, i'll refund the unused portion of the package. it hasn't happened, but the policy stands. you're not trapped.

can i continue after the four months?

yes. optional monthly continuation sessions are available after you finish the package. we'll talk about whether that makes sense during session 8.

what's the difference between this and therapy?

therapy works with the past. coaching works with the present and what's next. i'm not a therapist and i don't diagnose. if i think therapy would serve you better, i'll say so.

how does payment work?

€2,000 paid upfront before the first session. i'll send you an invoice after the discovery call if we both decide to go ahead.

i'm not sure i can afford it.

i understand. this is an investment and i don't want anyone signing up under financial strain. if the timing isn't right, it isn't right. no pressure.
