the same somatic and strategic coaching i do in 1:1, done in a small group over 10 weeks.

you don't need to fly anywhere. you don't need to take a week off. you show up from your own life - which is exactly where the patterns live, and exactly where the shifts need to land.

this isn't a course. there's no content library, no pre-recorded modules, no homework you'll feel guilty about not finishing. it's live group sessions with real coaching, real body-based work, and a small group of women who are navigating the same thing from different lives.

this is for you if -

you recognise the pattern - the overdelivering, the people-pleasing, the body signals you've been muting - but 1:1 coaching isn't the right fit right now. maybe it's the price. maybe it's the intensity. maybe you want to do this alongside other women instead of alone with a coach.

you've been the reliable one at work for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to be in a room where someone else holds the structure. you want peers who understand what it costs to perform at your level - and who are actively working on stopping.

you can commit to showing up weekly for 10 weeks. not passively. not "i'll watch the replay." this works because the group holds you, and you hold the group.

how it works.

  • weekly group sessions

    live, online, 90 minutes. somatic work and coached conversation in a small group. you'll be seen, not lost in a crowd.

  • an accountability buddy

    you're paired with another participant for the full 10 weeks. between sessions, you have someone who's walking the same path - not a coach, a peer. the buddy relationship continues after the programme ends.

  • body-based practices between sessions

    short, specific, chosen for what the group is working on that week. not homework - tools you'll actually want to use because they meet you where you are.

  • a closing session

    to integrate what shifted, name what you're carrying forward, and set up the accountability that keeps going after the 10 weeks end.

a few things this isn't.

it's not a course. there's no curriculum you're behind on.

it's not therapy. we work with the present and what's next, not the past.

it's not a passive experience. if you're looking to consume content, this isn't that. you show up, you participate, you do the work between sessions.

it's not a replacement for 1:1 coaching. it's a different container. some women do this first and move to 1:1 later. some do both. some do this and it's enough.
