next camp: Algarve, details coming soon.

camps run with a small group in the Algarve, Portugal. the waitlist gets first access before anything is announced publicly. spots are limited.

this is not a retreat.

a retreat suggests escape. withdrawal. lying down for a week and hoping something shifts.

a camp is something else. you came to camp as a kid to learn, build, play, get muddy, and figure out who you were when no one from home was watching. the grown-up version is the same shape - except now the work isn't archery and friendship bracelets. it's the patterns you've been running for a decade and haven't been able to break alone.

we have fun. we rest. we hike, we cook, we go to dinner in town. and we get serious about sitting down to work - body-based work, group sessions, real conversations with women who are doing the same thing - to break the patterns and create the foundation for the shift you came for.

you don't leave a camp to go back to your life unchanged. you leave with a different relationship to your body, a clearer view of the patterns you've been running, and an accountability buddy from the camp who keeps walking alongside you afterwards - another participant doing the same work, not a coach.

what a week looks like.

the exact rhythm shifts with each camp, but the bones stay the same.

  • embodied mornings

every day starts with body-based work before the mind takes over. breath, movement, grounding practices that recalibrate what "starting the day" can mean.

  • group sessions

real coaching work with women who are facing the same patterns from different angles. group work moves things that 1:1 work can't - because seeing your pattern in someone else is sometimes the only way to see it in yourself.

  • buddy time

each participant is paired with another for the week. walks, conversations, integration. the buddy keeps going after camp ends - your accountability anchor for the months that follow.

  • free time for reflection and integration

not scheduled. not optimised. hours where your job is to do nothing in particular - which, for most of us, is harder than it sounds.

  • activities

hikes. a surf session. a cooking class. two dinners in town. the work doesn't only happen in sessions - it happens in your body's response to a hard climb, the conversation over a meal you didn't cook, the moment you realise you've been somewhere all day without checking your phone.

who comes to camp.

high-performing women who can take a full week off work - and know that's already part of the work.

founders and operators. senior women in marketing, comms, growth. freelancers and consultants who haven't taken proper time off in years. women who are aware they've been running on autopilot for a long time and want to do something about it that isn't another productivity book or another wellness app.

the week is small by design - a tight group means real depth, not networking. you'll come back knowing the other women in your group, not just having met them.

if you're hoping for a quiet week of yoga and journaling - this isn't that. if you're ready to sit with your patterns alongside other women doing the same - it might be.

why a full week.

because the body doesn't shift in a weekend. the first two days, you're still recovering from the journey, the inbox, the noise you brought with you. by day three, your nervous system starts trusting that no one is going to interrupt you. by day five, the patterns you've been outrunning have nowhere to hide.

a weekend doesn't get you there. a week does.

and the week doesn't end on the last day. you leave with an accountability buddy from the group - another participant walking the same path. the relationship continues for the months after camp, when life is life again and the work has to land in your real days, not in the Algarve sunshine.
